17-18, May this year in Sochi, Russia a meeting of the Working Group on Parliamentary Cooperation Committee "Russia - EU"  was held. On the agenda were discussions on "Youth Policy and the international youth cooperation in Europe." P & S met with a representative  of the delegation from the European side of the PCC, MEP Viktor Uspasskich to know his point of view.

Interview with Andrey Negutsa, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Moldova to the Russian Federation.

On the eve of the next presidential elections that are to be held on the November 10, P&S met with the Ambassador of Republic of Moldova in Russia. Before launching his diplomatic career, Mr. Negutsa was the Head of his country’s parliamentary delegation to the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly (PACE) and Co-Chair of the Joint Interparliamentary Commission on Cooperation between the Russian Federal Assembly and Moldovan Parliament.

This will be the first time the Forum of regions will have been held on the territory of a country outside the European Union. Several large cities were eager to host the Forum, and it was Perm that won the competition. The international conference The Regions of Europe – Development without Boundaries, which is the title of the Perm Forum of Regions, will take place on October 20-21.
