COMMEMORATIVE MEDAL OF THE RUSSIAN EUROPEAN CLUB
The Medal is awarded by the President of the European Club or the Chair of its Board personally to citizens of the Russian Federation or foreign nationals from December 21, 2009 to March 31, 2010. The Medal may be awarded to:

Members of the European Club (including honorary members of the European Club);

Members of the Russian State Duma, members of the Council of the Federation, members of the Russian Government, ambassadors extraordinary and plenipotentiary to the Russian Federation, and ambassadors of European countries who participate in the activities of the European Club.

Members of Parliaments of European countries (including members of the European Parliament, members of foreign governments (including members of the European Commission) participating in the events held by the European Club from December 1999 to March 2010;
-
Scientists, public activists, journalists who were actively involved in the work of the European Club for a number of years.

All rights to this product belong to PIT fund, which is not entitled to award the Medal at its own discretion or produce more copies of the Medal. Two master Medals are permanently stored by PIT fund and one by the European Club.
