From the very start, P&S has had its own library, which will be constantly expanded. The library includes brochures, conference transcripts, reports, biographies and other publications in one of our three languages (we do not translate the library materials into all three P&S languages). The P&S library may also publish texts of laws and other legal documents of the EU, EU members and Russia, and other reference materials.
The main condition for materials be accepted into the P&S library is their relevance to our chief subject, i.e. the relationship between the European Union and Russia (its past, present and future in all possible aspects and spheres of activity). All materials are published in the P&S Library in their original wording.
All materials are published only with the sanction of their authors or individuals entitled to the rights to these materials.
