We, the undersigned citizens of the Russian Federation, who are united by aspirationto make an ultimate contributionto the idea of Europe without dividing lines, would like to declare the intention to establish the "Russian European Movement" (REM).
Russia as the largest European country is truly interested in gradual and consecutive integration with different European institutions with an aim to bring prosperity to Europe, as our common home.
We hope our future movement will contribute to fortifying mutual understanding and trust among the Europeans and to strategic partnership in Europe.
Our Fund is open for everyone who shares our views.
