The European Security Architecture, the relations between NATO and the EU and their relations with Russia The questions about Russian - NATO relations are again between the firsts of the European security agenda. And it is not a surprise. Frankly speaking it is not so easy to find a place in Europe where people can say that security is not among the main priorities of their life. |
Mevlut Cavushoglu. Russia and the Counsil of Europe Russia is the biggest member of the Council of Europe. Not only geographically, but also population wise. During my presidency I visited Moscow twice. I’m very happy, actually, to see that the climate, the atmosphere of the relations between Russian Federation and the Council of Europe is much more positive, comparing with previous years.

These words have been difficult to apply for a long time but now there is absolutely no reason that we wouldn’t cooperate, and we have lots of things to do with Russia.
